Ohio - Ten states filed charges against the two Ohio corporations alleging deceptive auto sale advertisements misled consumers. Gunning & Associates Marketing and Fleet Liquidators of America allegedly created sales campaigns and advertising that misled consumers about reasons for sales and supposedly low prices.
