Advanced Physical Therapy

Indianapolis - The US government filed charges against the physical therapy company after allegedly submitting false claims for reimbursement to federally funded health care programs. Advanced Physical Therapy allegedly provided group physical therapy to a number of patients at one time but sought reimbursement as if individual sessions were performed.
