This is a settlement for the Commercial lawsuit.
ABM Industries Inc. filed a lawsuit against the insurance company regarding a dispute over business interruption insurance claims in connection with the destruction of the World Trade Center. ABM provided janitorial, engineering and lighting services to the World Trade Center, where it employed more than 800 people before the September 11, 2001 attack. Zurich American Insurance has agreed to pay an $80 million settlement. (Aug-17-06)
