Hoeganaes Corp.

Several boaters filed a lawsuit against the Cinnaminson metal powders manufacturing company claiming smokestack emissions damaged windshields on marina boats along the Delaware River in Delran and Riverside. Since 1997, more than 1,700 boaters had to replace and cover windshields known as Isenglas. Hoeganaes did not admit wrongdoing, but has agreed to pay a $1.45 million settlement.
