James Cape & Sons

A wage claim lawsuit was filed against James Cape & Sons on behalf of employees claiming back wages owed them when the company went into receivership. The company filed a mass-layoff notice and cut about 700 jobs. A settlement has been reached that will pay employees an average of $5,135 each.
