Harold G. Nagel

Ernest W. Foster was involved in a car crash in 2004 with Harold G. Nagel near Streator, Illinois that badly injured his leg and killed Nagel. Foster was nearing an intersection when Nagel did not stop for a stop sign and collided with Foster, who had polio and wore a leg brace, which pinned him inside the wreckage.
