Investors filed a lawsuit against the Texas based real estate developer for allegedly inducing them to invest based on fraudulent statements made by the company's president, Carlton Fleming, and other shareholders. A Los Angeles Superior Court Judge has proposed a $ 1 million settlement. The terms of the settlement have not been released. (Jun-06-06) [CBS NEWS]
