Ford Credit Titling Trust

On January 28, 2002 Steven Watson was delivering mail in Dongan Hills when a Ford Expedition driven by Jacqueline Feminella rammed into his truck. Watson suffered severe back injuries, including a ruptured disc. He underwent experimental titanium surgery and it was not a complete success. Watson sued Ford Credit Titling Trust and Ms. Feminella. Ford Credit paid $3 million and Ms. Feminella's insurer paid $100,000 for Watson's injuries and recovery. (May-15-06) [STATEN ISLAND LIVE]
