Hollinger International Inc.

Lawyers for Tweedy Browne Co. filed a lawsuit against the Chicago Sun-Times publisher to cover fees and costs for its role in an investigation of former Chairman Conrad Black. Tweedy Browne owns 14% of Hollinger and claimed it assisted a stockholders' investigation of possible wrongdoing since 2001.
