Northwest Regional Education Service District

Former superintendent, Todd Herberg, filed a defamation lawsuit against the district after it provided information for news reports following his termination that tarnished his reputation. District leaders allegedly released inaccurate information regarding Herberg's spending habits. Northwest Regional Education Service District has agreed to award Herberg a $500,000 settlement.
