Three female former employees filed a lawsuit against their employer and male boss, Thomas Harvey, in Anchorage, AK. The lawsuit claimed the women were subjected to shouting, fists in the face and table pounding abuse. The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco agreed the case could be classified as gender harassment, so the union settled out of court for $750,000. (May-22-06) [KCBS NEWS]
