H.D. Smith Wholesale Drug Co.

The U.S. Attorney's office in Missouri filed charges against the pharmaceutical wholesaler for allegedly conspiring to sell millions of dollars in counterfeit, stolen and illegally imported prescription drugs. A former H.D. Smith employee pleaded guilty to accepting kickbacks and undisclosed commissions on sales of counterfeit Lipitor, a cholesterol drug. H.D.
