Tyco International Ltd.

The Securities and Exchange Commission filed an accounting fraud lawsuit against the electronics company for allegedly inflating results by more than $1 billion. The suit claimed Tyco engaged in improper accounting practices during the tenure of former Chief Executive Officer Dennis Kozlowski from 1996 through 2002.
