HealthHelp Inc.

Three female employees from the radiology benefits management service company were allegedly told not to hire "Blacks or Jews." When the women refused and told their employer that they would not discriminate, they were all fired. The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission filed a lawsuit against HealthHelp alleging racial and religious discrimination as well as wrongful termination. HealthHelp has not admitted liability, but has agreed to award Janice Hagy, Arlene Warren and Carolyn Johnson a $450,000 out of court settlement. (Apr-13-06) [ ARIZONA REPUBLIC ]
