I called Comcast for services, was lied to and I feel a bait and switch was played with me by their sales rep. This is not the first time this has happened. It also happened in Illinois. They are a monopoly and these practices need to be stopped! It is terrible, that what was once free, is now unaffordable for many and for those who can afford it, it's a constant battle for a better deal on outrageous prices!
