Tutor-Saliba

The city of San Francisco filed a lawsuit against the construction company for allegedly over billing for work performed at the San Francisco International Airport. The lawsuit claimed Tutor-Saliba defrauded the city out of millions of dollars by overcharging for work and allegedly falsely claimed to be using minority subcontractors in order to comply with city affirmative action laws.
