More than 100 garment workers filed a lawsuit against their former employer alleging they were laid off without prior notice or severance pay. Last year, hundreds of Chinese women marched through downtown San Francisco to protest the loss of garment jobs being outsourced to China, the world's largest clothing manufacturer.
