Will-Work, Inc.

A lawsuit was filed on behalf of 34 employees against the trade show service provider for allegedly failing to make contributions to employees' pension, health, and annuity funds. From 1995 through 2001, Will-Work received approximately $214,000 in payments which indicated they were intended to fund contributions to pension, health, and annuity plans associated with Teamsters Local 82. The funds were not used for benefit purposes, nor were the funds returned to the paying companies. Will-Work Inc. has agreed to pay the workers $214,000 in actual benefits and $46,000 in interest.
