Britain's HM Revenue & Customs sought compensation from the Texas based company for problems with the IT system developed for the 2003 launch and operation of its tax credits system. Revenue & Customs claimed several tax credits were not paid out because of faults with the system and has since dropped the company as its technology adviser.
