City of Hannibal et al.

More than 40 construction workers filed a lawsuit against the town, THF Realty, and Bleigh Construction in connection with the development of the River Bend Shopping Center. The workers claimed they were paid less than prevailing wage while building the project. The three defendants have agreed to pay a $125,000 settlement. (Nov-18-05) [QUINCY HERALD]
