Cambridge Company

A disabled former employee filed a lawsuit against a local company alleging discrimination. The paraplegic engineer was laid off from a large Cambridge company and later discovered his position was taken over by someone who was not paraplegic. The engineer filed a complaint with the Human Rights Commission in late 2004. The Cambridge Human Rights Commission mediated a $250,000 settlement. (Oct-27-05) [TOWN ONLINE]
