Mike Zafirovski

The former president of Motorola Inc. left the world's second largest mobile phone maker to work for Nortel Networks Corp. as chief executive. Motorola claimed Zafirovski violated employment agreements by agreeing to work for another telecommunications company. Zafirovski has agreed to repay Motorola an $11.5 million settlement for separation pay and must protect Motorola's trade secrets and other confidential information. (Oct-31-05) [BLOOMBERG]
