This is a settlement for the Defective Product lawsuit.

Over two dozen Clayton homeowners filed a lawsuit against the renowned builder and several subcontractors alleging their houses were poorly constructed. Residents claimed their homes became unsafe after roofs leaked, water came through sliding glass doors and windows, and concrete cracked.
