On February 11, 2003, four year old Elizabeth Dominguez and her mother were walking along a sidewalk when a Muni truck hit the young girl and pinned her against a restaurant. Elizabeth died at the scene. Sebastian Garcia was the Muni truck driver and has been charged with misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter.
