Clifton Inn

In 2003, two New York law firm recruiters were killed in a fire at the Albemarle County inn. Gerald Langlade and Brian Kelly both lost their wives in the blaze and filed a lawsuit against the inn for damages totaling $10 million and $20 million respectively.
