Turner Construction Company

The U.S. Justice Department investigated the New York company regarding information that Turner had received credits for bonds on dozens of federal contracts without passing the credits along to the federal government. A lawsuit was filed against Turner alleging false claims. Under the terms of the settlement Turner must forfeit claims worth $2.8 million under contracts with the Department of Veterans Affairs and the Department of the Navy.
