The Japanese electronics company has been ordered to refrain from selling PlayStation2 after allegedly violating Immersions' patent for digital touch technology. Haptic technology is used in over 40 PlayStation video games to make the controller vibrate. Immersion, based in California, is set to receive a $90.7 million settlement for patent infringement.
