University of Washington and the NCAA

Former head football coach Rick Neuheisel filed a lawsuit for wrongful termination against the school and the NCAA for interfering. He was fired after he admitted gambling in off-campus NCAA basketball tournament pools. Washington and the NCAA have agreed to pay Neuheisel $3 million in this wrongful termination settlement.
