U.S. District Judge Manuel Real has ruled that $40 million dollars that once belonged to Marcos must go to the 9,539 Filipinos who were victims of human rights abuses under Marcos. The plaintiffs won a $2 billion dollar judgment against the Marcos estate in 1995. (Jul-12-04)
