A $5.14 million dollar settlement has been reached in the lawsuit filed by Triple Peaks LLC. The suit was filed in regards to claims that American had agreed to sell Steamboat Ski Area to Triple Peaks for $91.4 million in February 2002, and then backed out of the deal a month later.
