El Paso Natural Gas.

A $48.3 million settlement has been reached in the lawsuit filed on behalf Las Vegas residential gas and electric customers. The suit alleged that the company had conspired to drive up natural gas prices by manipulating the wholesale market in the West. Customers will receive a credit for approximately $12 on their utility bills next year. (Dec-13-12) [RGJ]
