An $11.9 million verdict has been awarded to the daughters of a woman who was left permanently brain-damaged after a traffic accident two years ago in Orange County, Florida. The suit was filed by Kristina Cullison and Yvonne LeMaster, daughters of Veronica Senerez, against the County, alleging that the county failed to improve the intersection of Rock Springs Road and Ponkan Road despite having years of complaints and a stack of accident reports.
