Ohio Valley Bistros Inc.

A $21 million settlement has been reached in a lawsuit filed against Ohio Valley Bistros Inc. (the owner of T.G.I. Friday's), on behalf of the parents of two teenagers who were killed by a drunken driver. The suit was filed after 16-year-old Cory Stauble and Jamie Parsley were killed by 42-year-old Mark Eberenz who had been drinking alcohol for about eight hours at T.G.I. Friday's before driving his truck home. The agreement is one of the largest reported settlements or damage awards against establishments that served alcohol to customers who later injured or killed others. (Jun-20-03) [FOX NEWS]
