Dallas, TX Lawsuits are now being filed against Iovate Health Sciences Inc., alleging the company's Hydroxycut diet supplements are responsible for making consumers ill. Specifically, the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) announced a Hydroxycut recall after the dietary supplements were linked to 23 reports of serious health problems. Those problems varied from jaundice to liver damage. At least 1 death has been linked to Hydroxycut products.

Boyceville, WIHydroxycut supplements were recalled after the FDA received reports linking the diet supplements to liver damage and at least 1 death. Now, people like Jodi M. are left to wonder whether their liver damage may be related to the use of the diet supplements. Some users are currently investigating a possible lawsuit against the Hydroxycut maker, alleging their health was compromised by using the supplements.

After she started taking Hydroxycut Max, about 2 years ago, Jo says her health went downhill. However, she did not link her health problems to the Hydroxycut diet supplements until the supplements were recalled.

San Francisco, CA The recall of various versions of Hydroxycut supplements has evolved into the launching of a class-action lawsuit, together with a pow-wow scheduled for San Francisco later this month to discuss and update potential plaintiffs and legal eagles regarding Hydroxycut diet supplements and their adverse health effects. A total of 14 hydroxycut products , manufactured and distributed by Iovate Health Sciences, have been banned over concern for hydroxycut liver damage—including one that allegedly took the life of a 19-year-old Hydroxycut user in 2007.

Philadelphia, PA If there is one thing that users of Hydroxycut supplements are learning, it is that "natural" does not necessarily equal "safe." This much was made clear after a recall of Hydroxycut diet supplements, announced after the supplements were linked to a risk of liver damage. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) uncovered the Hydroxycut liver damage based on reports of injury and at least 1 death that were linked to use of the diet supplements.
