Stryker Rejuvenate Litigation Update

Bergen County, NJ Because so many people have complained about their Stryker Rejuvenate hip implant, attorney Ben Stewart says that the judge in charge of all Stryker hip cases formed a multi-district litigation (MDL) last week, which is more practical than trying all cases on an individual basis.

New York, NY Many people who suffered pain and inflammation from their Stryker Rejuvenate hip device sought legal help, but may have been turned away because it wasn’t a metal-on-metal hip implant. Attorneys are now accepting claims against Stryker.

Attorney: Stryker Rejuvenate Shows Same Complications as Metal-On-Metal Devices

Palm Beach, FL Patients who received the Stryker Rejuvenate hip replacement system may have initially been relieved that their hip device was not one of the implants under recent scrutiny from the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Some patients have come forward, however, alleging they suffered damage similar to that caused by the faulty metal-on-metal hip devices. Ben Stewart, a hip implant attorney at Stewart Law Group says many patients may not realize that even though the Stryker Rejuvenate hip device is an alternative to metal-on-metal devices, it may have similar health risks.
