T-Mobile USA

T-Mobile USA has been charged with a cramming class action lawsuit claiming the company charged subscribers for services such as "Ringaza" and "Flycell" without authorization or consent.

The customers phone bills did not show how to contact the third-party companies, as required by California law.

Two separate cases. Please call me. One is the breach of t mobile on my Outlook email account! The second is how I a senior disabled lady was approved for a CONTRACT AVVOUNT AND PHONE, To them telling me to take it in and have the store fix my phone so I can have my old number on my new phone. WHAT they did was made me purchase another SIM card, which made my CONTRACT ACCOUNT A PREPAID ACCVOUNT! I had even paid a $75/00 deposit on my account! So they took my deposit, had me take my new phone to their local store and had my contract made into a prepaid account! Which they just stole my $75.00 deposit! I have spent three years trying to get T-Mobile to return my deposit as I have kept my phone paid each month for the high amount so I fulfilled what my contract said I needed to do! Even though they stole my de[posit!
