A class action lawsuit has been filed on behalf of travel agents claiming that the old Sun Trips, now known as FS Sun Tours, did not pay commissions. As well, the discount travel company cancelled thousands of customers' trips after charging their credit cards without issuing travel tickets.
Atlanta based One Travel Holdings sold Sun Trips to another company after reporting losses of approximately $24 million. The purchasing company claims that it bought Sun Trips assets and not its liabilities. FS Sun Tours says that it has contacted former customers from Sun Trips and is planning to issue refunds.
