Sprint Spectrum



A lawsuit has been filed and is seeking class action status against the telecommunications company for allegedly installing wireless telephone transmission antennae above land that has electric line easements but not telephone facility easements. Sprint Spectrum is a subsidiary of Sprint Nextel Corp. They allegedly violated terms of an easement across a Texas parcel after it installed cellular phone equipment on electrical poles owned by CenterPoint Energy Houston Electric.
