This chemical or reagent, VITROS® Signal Reagent (Lot 8350 and Lot 8530, catalog # 107 2693) has been recalled when Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics, Inc discovered a problem with the solution which lead to inaccurate test results. The reagent is used with VITROS Immunodiagnostic ECi/ECiQ System.
