Costco Cookies Recalled in Canada


Ottawa, Canada: The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) and Costco Wholesale Canada Ltd. are warning the public not to consume certain Kirkland Signature brand cookies as these products may contain pieces of metal. Costco Wholesale Canada Ltd, Ottawa, Ontario, is voluntarily recalling the affected products from the marketplace

The Kirkland Signature brand cookies were sold in packages of 1.1 kg (24 cookies) and purchased between July 26 and August 7, 2010. For a complete list of affected products, see the link below.

The affected products were sold through Costco Wholesale stores nationally.
