Kaiser Permanente has allegedly advertised medical plans, coverages and rates through promotional campaigns which have included using facsimile transmissions more commonly known as fax documents. Transmitting fax documents without the recipients express permission or consent is a violation of Federal law known as The Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
