Atlanta, GA: A securities class action lawsuit has been filed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York on behalf of purchasers of JinkoSolar Holdings Co. Ltd. ("JinkoSolar" or the "Company") American Depository Shares ("ADSs") who purchased between May 13, 2010 and September 21, 2011, inclusive (the "Class Period").

The lawsuit alleges, among other things, that JinkoSolar falsely represented to investors that it was fully compliant with all environmental regulations of the People's Republic of China when it was not. If you acquired the securities of the defendants during the Class Period you may, no later than the Lead Plaintiff Deadline shown above, request that the Court appoint you as lead plaintiff through counsel of your choice.
