This is a settlement for the Defective Product lawsuit.
Over two dozen Clayton homeowners filed a lawsuit against the renowned builder and several subcontractors alleging their houses were poorly constructed. Residents claimed their homes became unsafe after roofs leaked, water came through sliding glass doors and windows, and concrete cracked. Drainage Problems Spark Construction Defect Suit
Mesquite, NV Residents along Desert Tortoise Drive and Shell Turtle Lane in Mesquite, Nevada were taken by surprise when rainwater charged toward their homes. "It doesn't rain much here in Mesquite or Las Vegas, but when it does, their backyards are flooded," says Neil Hyman, a young attorney with a good track record for recouping losses in construction defect cases.
