In 2012, Bank of America put forced-placed flood insurance on my condo, which was and is not in a flood zone according to FEMA. They tripled my minimum monthly payment and added $1,500 in fees, which were due and payable in full immediately, or I would not be allowed to continue paying my mortgage. I was served with foreclosure papers last week.

First they said they would send a repairman out. I took two days off & he never showed. When I called to have the washer returned, I was told my account would be credited. It never was. I never received a bill from Sears. Two years later, upon viewing my credit report, I found they had charged me for the washer and dryer that they took back. I have perfect credit & they have ruined it. I have been calling them for 4 months & they finally figured out that they never should have charged me, but they still have not fixed my credit record. I have tried to contact the credit reporting agencies, but they will not change the report. Sears guaranteed me over the phone that they would send a letter to the credit reporting agencies to correct the damage they have done, but they never did.

I signed up for subscription to Rhapsody on the web (music downloads). Once this company has your cc information, they will automatically without permission put multiple monthly charges on your credit or debit card and attempt to tell you that you must have signed up for these other subscriptions by mistake. There are multiple complaints against this company on the web. Google "superpass by rea" and you will see how many possible plaintiffs there are out there. This theft should be stopped!

My American Express card was stolen. This is a card that I used maybe two to three times over a year. My card was maxed out over $10,000. When I received the statement, I immediately contacted American Express, as no one from Amex called me to inquire about unusual spending habits. A fraud investigation was launched. I was credited the amount recharged the amount, credited the amount and recharged the amount again. Amex now tells me that they will hold me liable for the charges because the card was in my possession. I contacted some of the merchants, forwarded the information I received from Amex along with my pictured license to show them that it was not me who made the charges. Still this problem has not been rectified. Now a year has gone by this has been reported to the three credit bureaus. Still Amex is not willing to look into this case and is expecting me to make monthly payments on the fraudulent outstanding balance.

I tried to lower my payments with the help of Countrywide Spectrum, but the information was slow in coming from Countrywide and that caused me to lose my condo. My credit is ruined. My health is worse because of the stress. I am being sued by credit card companies because I used cash advances to make my payments. I also think the broker is liable, because she knew and I told her I could not afford those payments.

I signed up for a online business called Entertainment for less over 18 months ago that has never actually launched. Only thing that has happened is the owner trying to sell us other stuff and I have spent lots of money on advertising and purchasing products for this business that seems to not be legit.

Elimidebt had convinced us that they can negotiate our credit debt down to a 40% payoff. Over the course of 6 months we paid a fee as scheduled in the contract. In total we paid $5001 to the people and they accomplished absolutely nothing. They had no contact with our creditors at all and we continued to get harassing phone calls from our creditors. We were told by Elimidebt to just refer them to them. We were forced eventually to file chapter 7 which has been approved. Naturally our credit score took a beating because of this.
I would at least like to get our $5001 back at least.

I was contacted via telephone by a collection agency who refused to identify themselves as a collection agency. Instead the agency pretended to be a representative from a county agency. It was Columbus Day and therefore no government agencies were open that day, and the county clerk's office where I live does not make collection calls regarding judgments. I later discovered the name of the collection agency located in Chesapeake, Virginia.

I have been harassed by the company for several weeks now via telephone.

Myself and my recording artist are near homeless and have been stripped of all of my money in this fraudulent case. This case has been recognized by the Jersey Financial Services Commission in Jersey Channel Islands. I used all of my last money on this scam that was perpetrated online using the www.gobignetwork.com and major bank accounts.

For the past few years, I have been trying to get this company to give me a loan payoff. I have not been able to get a payoff because every time I ask them for a payoff they add additional fees, property inspections fees, attorney fees, corp advance fees, debtor suspense fees, forced placed insurance fees, etc.

P.S. If you go the Rip Off Report you will see other clients of Aurora is experience the same problem that I am having.

$3995 from Assurance Plus and Diverse Marketing Concepts for advertising costs on websites that they designed and hosted for me. They said I'd make my investment back in 6 months or less. They encouraged me to put the charge on my credit card to 'leverage' the credit.
I received "specially designed" websites that were identical to their other clients' websites with the exception of a small change in the web address. One of mine was www.youronestopstore.com/11022
I received two booklets of how to advertise my websites and no other support. My advertising coach called me once to sell me the advertising package. I was never able to reach him again when I called to say that my sites hadn't earned any money and I didn't even see any hits on their hit counters.

Loss of my home to foreclosure because payments were not affordable because of bankers actions at closing the loan and selling off the loan servicing. He intentionally hid the fact that I was still paying on two loans to the bank so he could sell the mortgage at closing. He then attached the amount of those notes to the mortgage which increased my payments form $632.00 a month to $944.00 plus escrow. My income had not changed during the course of the constuction loan and closing to mortgage. He had my mother and I to meet with him to make a loan to her and use proceeds to pay off the two notes, then at closing attached that amount to mortgage loan and paid off the loan made to her. He did not act in my best interest. A lot more to the incident also.
