Children's Hooded Sweatshirts with Drawstrings Recalled

Children Could Strangle

Raw Blue Sportswear, of Moonachie, NJ, is recalling about 5,740 hooded sweatshirts, because the drawstrings through the hood pose a strangulation hazard to young children.

The Raw Blue hooded sweatshirts were sold in three styles: smack print, kapow print and comic magazine print and various colors. The sweatshirts have style numbers 7FT5655, 7FT5455, and 7FT5515. Style numbers are printed on the garment's sales tag.

The sweatshirts were sold at TJ Maxx, Mega Trends, Moonstone Shirts and MP Trading stores nationwide from July 2007 through December 2007 for between $30 and $40.
