Century 21 Faces TCPA Class Action Lawsuit

Santa Clara, CA: Century 21 is facing a Telephone Consumer protection Act (TCPA) class action lawsuit alleging the national real estate company made unsolicited phone calls, in violation of the Act.

Filed by Carolyn Navarro of California, individually and for all others similarly situated, the complaint alleges Century 21 contacted Navarro's home telephone number, which was on the National Do-Not-Call Registry, numerous times in an attempt to solicit her to purchase its Century 21's services. The calls were made without Navarro's prior express written consent and were not made for emergency purposes.

Navarro and others in the class are represented by attorneys Todd M. Friedman, Adrian R. Bacon and Meghan E. George of the Law Offices of Todd M. Friedman in Beverly Hills, California. The case is US District Court for the Central District of California Case number 2:16-CV-03527-AB-FFM.
