The class action is alleging violation of Illinois State Consumer Fraud Laws by engaging in discrimination against uninsured patients including charging such patients more than any other patient group. The uninsured plaintiffs are claiming controversial billing and debt collection practices; including issuing 'body attachments' arrest warrants.
