Bristol-Myers Squibb-Co.

A $55 million dollar antitrust settlement has been reached and is pending approval between Bristol-Myers Squibb-Co. and the 50 states who filed suit against the company. The suit claimed that the pharmaceutical maker had unlawfully obstructed generic versions of Taxol, a cancer-fighting drug, from entering the market. (Apr-24-03) [PRESS RELEASE]
