The plaintiffs allege that the company claimed that customers could achieve easy weight loss during sleep, only to find out that they would require other products such as Body Solutions' dietary supplement Atomic Energy to lose weight. Plaintiffs also claim that they were unaware that the weight loss formula contained ephedrine, which can cause serious health problems, especially for those who are ill or taking other medications.
