ABM Industries Incorporated

A civil rights lawsuit seeking class action status was filed in the U.S. District Court, District of Minnesota in Minneapolis claiming that female employees were sexually harassed at ABM Industries Incorporated (ABM), and the company failed to address their civil rights. The suit further alleges that the company, which is based in San Francisco and provides janitorial services at dozens of Minnesota locations, encouraged a work environment where male supervisors were able to sexually harass their female subordinates. ABM employs about 75,000 people throughout North America.
